DEAR MISS MODERN COLOR PALETTES

Hello darling!

This morning, on a whim, I decided to create a January color palette….then I decided to create one for every month and log them here on the blog under “Color Palettes”, so you can check back if you need to. I actually created a couple of these last year, just for fun, and got a ton of emails asking for the web color codes – so I’ve included them here. How do we come up with the colors in the palette? It’s all very scientific. It’s whatever I’m in the mood for at the moment.

I love color and am pretty confident when it comes to putting a group of them together {I should hope so}. Before painting my apple green walls 7 years ago, I bought green paint swatches from every single paint store in my town. I must have picked the right color because I’m not sick of it yet.
