I love to get my Pandora going, after my son goes to sleep to get into full editing mode! It’s got to be on the Panic! At the Disco station I made to get the full on pumped feeling I need to concentrate on the tedious-ness!ReplyCancel

Definitely classical music soothes my soul when I’m stressed. I used to be a newspaper reporter and when the world was going crazy around me, I’d slap on some Mendelssohn, do a little “air conducting,” and chillax. :) ReplyCancel

  • To chill I cuddle with my little ones (when they’re sleeping because if they were awake, I wouldn’t be able to relax…hahaha).ReplyCancel

  • A long walk with my daughter Mia helps me relax when I am stressed out & if that doesn’t work, a glass of wine or maybe 2! ;) ReplyCancel

To relax, I read Miss Modern while my toes are drying, laundry on the last load, babies fed, and my homemade face mask is fighting all the dead skin away! =)ReplyCancel

Rocking my youngest (he’s almost 2) to sleep at night and taking pictures both help me chill. These are two of my favorite things. :) ReplyCancel

  • I take my son for a bike ride. On that ride, I will point out things to him that I find interesting and I will likely make up a song about those interesting things in sight, and my son will not protest since he does not yet talk. This is a recipe for chillin’. Not to be confused with a recipe for chili, natch.ReplyCancel

I grab my hubby (if he’s available), a glass (or two) of champagne, and watch old movies. Cary Grant and Doris Day totally right all the wrongs in my world.ReplyCancel

  • Depends on how stressed I am, sometimes a good movie and popcorn helps me relax, other times a nice bubble bath and a glass of wine :) ReplyCancel

  • When i’m editing and the amount of work I have starts me getting a little anxious I put the work away and take a little 20 minute nap!ReplyCancel
